Order & Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before the product is handed over to the courier service.
- Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
- To cancel an order, contact support as soon as possible with order details.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available across Bangladesh.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Inside Dhaka: within 3 days
- Outside Dhaka: within 5 days
- Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays or others.
Return & Replacement Policy
Customer satisfaction is a priority. Returns or replacements are applicable under the following conditions:
- If a product is damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, it must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Valid proof (image/video) must be provided when requesting a return or replacement.
- After verification, the product will be replaced within the mentioned timeframe.
Important Conditions:
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered are not eligible for return or replacement.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund Policy
- If a replacement product is not available in stock, customers may:
- Choose an alternative product, or
- Request a refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or a mutually agreed method.

All products are subject to availability. In case of stock unavailability after placing an order, customers will be notified and offered an alternative or refund option.
